Hope you all had a great month of August!

It was a busy month here filled with a lot of sessions and trips to New Jersey, Campbell Missouri, Washington, Kansas, and St. Louis.   One of the highlights was getting to open a show for Kenny Rogers.  He is a wonderful guy and a great entertainer...definitely a dream come true!

Pictures Added - June 2, 2009

Hi All!

Hope everyone is doing well! This past Tuesday I had the honor of performing at the Grand ‘Ole Opry. It was definitely one of the most incredible moments of my life, and something that I will never forget. Thank you for your prayers which have helped me chase my dreams. I’ve posted some pictures from that night as well as some other recent events on the web site and Myspace page. As always, I truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you all soon.

God Bless,

Ryan

Opry Rescheduled - April 24, 2009

Hello again,

Unfortunately Jamie had to cancel the performance on the Grand Ole Opry tomorrow night due to illness. She has been battling a chest infection all week, and had hoped that she would be feeling better by today. Jamie will be rescheduling the Opry soon, so I’ll be sure to keep you all up to date as to when she is performing there again.
Have a great weekend, and I’ll be in touch soon.

God Bless,
Ryan

Grand Ole Opry - April 23, 2009

Hello all!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful start to Spring 2009. I've been having such a great time touring with Jamie O'Neal. After stopping in Florida and Nevada, last weekend we performed at a festival in Indianapolis along with other artists including Blake Shelton, Lee Ann Womack, and Darius Rucker. Please keep checking my web site and Myspace, as I will be posting new pictures from these events very soon. Jamie, her family, Charlie and the rest of the band are such great people. I feel very blessed to be working with them.

Also, I'm thrilled to report that this Saturday night I will be appearing with Jamie on the Grand Ole Opry. Performing on the stage of the Opry has always been a dream of mine, so this weekend will be something I'll never forget. With there being two shows this Saturday, Jamie will be performing on the 7:30 and 10:00 central time spots. If you're in the Nashville area, please come to the Opry House or tune in to 650 AM WSM to hear the show. If not, you can listen to the show at www.opry.com or www.wsmonline.com.

As always, thank you all for your continued support. I hope to see you all soon.

God Bless
Ryan

More Exciting News - March 25, 2009

Hi again everyone!

Thank you to everyone who listened to the Midnight Jamboree last weekend and sent or called in their well wishes. Your support means the world to me. If you didn’t get to hear the performance, the Ernest Tubb Record shop will post it on their web site in the next few weeks. Keep checking at www.etrecordshop.com under the Midnight Jamboree link.

I have some more exciting news for you all this week. This summer Charlie Kelley and I are hitting the road performing with the incredibly talented Jamie O’Neal. Jamie launched her career with back-to-back #1's- "There Is No Arizona" and "When I Think About Angels”—and followed with hits like “Shiver“, "Trying To Find Atlantis” and the #3 tribute to moms everywhere, "Somebody's Hero". Along the way, she has earned four Grammy nominations and a host of other awards and critical accolades. Now, with the release of her first 1720 Entertainment single, "Like A Woman," Jamie shows that both her powerhouse vocal abilities and her knack for conveying real emotion are as strong as ever.

Check out www.jamieoneal.com for all of her tour dates and information. We start out in Florida April 2-4, then head to Nevada April 6-12. We even played on March 24th along with Vince Gill, Amy Grant, and Hal Ketchum at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. One picture is posted on my web site, and more will be posted soon. Needless to say it has been a pretty incredible few weeks for me, and I’m looking forward to sharing more good news with you in the coming months.

I thank God for all the blessings in my life, and again I appreciate having you all who are supporting me every step of the way.

God Bless
Ryan

Midnight Jamboree - March 18, 2009

Hello Everyone,
I hope you all are having a great beginning to 2009! I’m sorry I haven’t been in touch for a while. There have been many exciting opportunities that have been developing recently that I will be sharing with you all soon. In the meantime, I wanted to let you all know that I will be performing this Saturday night, March 21, at midnight central standard time (I guess this would really be considered Sunday morning) on the Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree. The host for the show this week is country music icon, Helen Cornelius, and I’m honored to be her guest.

As America's 2nd longest running radio show, it is broadcast every Saturday night on WSM 650-AM, following the Grand Ole Opry. The World Famous Midnight Jamboree is broadcast from the Texas Troubadour Theater in Music Valley Village (across from Gaylord Opryland). Tune in to WSM 650-AM, or be there in person for a part of America's Country Music History. If you are not in the Nashville area, you can also hear the show at www.wsmonline.com.

Also appearing on the show will be Helen’s long time duet partner and Grand Ole Opry member Jim Ed Brown. Helen has had songs recorded by a number of major artists including The Oak Ridge Boys, Reba McEntire, Jeannie C. Riley, Connie Smith, and Charlie Louvin. She has also won numerous awards including the 1977 CMA Vocal Duo of the Year award along with Jim Ed Brown.

I am so happy to be Helen’s guest this week, and I hope you all will have a chance either to come to the Midnight Jamboree in person or listen to it on the air. As always, thanks so much for your continued support. It means so much to me. I look forward to the coming year, and I hope to see you all soon.

God Bless
Ryan

Happy Easter - March 18, 2008

Hello again
Just checking in with something a little bit different. I've added another song (Make One Woman Smile) from my CD that also comes from my heart to the Myspace page. This track is different in that along with the vocal, fiddle, and mandolin, I also recorded the guitar and bass. March 19 (St. Joseph's Day) would have been my Dad's birthday, so it seems appropriate to add the song to Myspace at this time. This song is for him. Tomorrow when you say your prayers, would you send one for him? Thank you again for all of your support. I'll be adding more songs, fun tunes etc. that I'm excited about, in the near future. We wish you a blessed Happy Easter.
Love,
Ryan

Welcome! - February 25, 2008

Welcome to the new website of Ryan Joseph! I’m really glad you’re here! This website marks the release of my self-titled country debut, which I’m really happy to share with you. After months of planning, I’ve put together 7 songs which really mean a lot to me, some of which I wrote, co-wrote, and arranged. In addition, I’m on the vocals throughout the CD as well as on the fiddle and mandolin throughout each selection. The final selection features me on all of the tracks: acoustic guitar and acoustic bass in addition to the fiddle, mandolin, and vocals. The track listing for the CD is as follows:
1) We Don’t Have a Prayer
2) Sweatpants
3) Daddy’s Girl, Momma’s Boy
4) Fiddleman’s Hot Tonight
5) Heavenbound
6) Lightening
7) Make One Woman Smile
Those who know me will immediately know that my heart is in these songs. The first cut, We Don’t Have a Prayer says what we should stand for. Next, Sweatpants is a light-hearted song for the girls in our lives. Daddy’s Girl Momma’s Boy is a song I’ve truly believed in since it was first given to me when I was 16 years old. Heavenbound is what I hope we all are. Lightening is a song which I’ve developed in my head over the years, enlightened by the roots of my Grandparents and brought to my age. Finally, Make One Woman Smile speaks of my family beliefs. Clips of some of these songs can be found on this website. If you are interested in the CD, please contact me at ryan@ryanjosephofficial.com. I hope you enjoy my CD and this website. I’m constantly reminded of how much I appreciate all of you. Thank you God, my family, friends, and all of you who hold a special place in my heart. Here we go!
